Now, that just gets me. What could possibly be in the review that would ALLOW anyone to force the Nostalgia Critic to take it down? Fair use law allows people to review a creative work and even to use a small portion of the creative work itself as reference material for the review in question.

There is none, but they took it down, and then made several videos bashing Wisseau's behavior. Thing is, I think it was taken down because the vids are also mirrored on YouTube.
