Much like a suprising number of anti-gay Christians turn out to be self-loathing gays themselves, what if Lee turns out to secretly be werewolf? Mayb his dad's attempt to cut off his own leg didn't work, and when he turned the first time, his own family had to put him down, and in the process Lee got infected. Would explain why he's off hunting werewolves on his own.

And imagine how jealous his sister will be when she finds out? Imagine the tension between the sister who wants to be were but can't and the brother who is were but hates it.

Isn't Lee's father still alive?

EDIT: Also, wouldn't the pack (or any other werewolf) be able to smell he's a werewolf?
