I should point out that the script I wrote (see archive link) would have been OOC anyway, but Thomas's script is -really- OOC and definitely not under any circumstances canonical.

I'm guessing thomas's script was made into the safe for work comic where peter meets michelle. And it would not be canonical because michelle is at a different high school in a different town. But will she ever make an appearance even in a flashback of some sort?

Michelle is in college in another town. She's three years older than her sister Jean.

No, the Captain's Chair page was there adults only one. I thought there was a five year age difference between Jean & Michelle.

Think of the CC pages as oversized commissions. In which I'll pretty much draw anything.

You guys... haven't seen my commissions for others?

Okau, no watersports/scat, no loli/shota/babyfur, no snuff/guro. But I've always been okay with bondage, and any combination of gender combinations you'd care me to draw.

Furs been my bead & butter for a while, so there's a lot I don't mind. And people have requested some interesting things.

No. Thomas's script was the adult page. Michelle is attending a different university to get her pharmaceutical training and certification.

And I appreciate the hell out of that! Thanks to Ben and Kris for letting me get something non-canon and complex.

I was impressed with how the dialog was handled! Surprisingly, I think that really shows off one of the strengths of comics as a medium. The overlapping dialog balloons work great because the effect is very intuitive. However, when you think of this in other mediums anything with audio like a movie wouldn't sound good with people talking over each other, and in a written medium like a book you can't get the visual effect of people talking over each other like that. Kudos for using the comic medium to great effect!

Speaking of dialog, I'm glad that Kris wrote some better dialog then I did as well. Hope you had fun with it Kris! Laughed at Ashley's "Dangit! Right down the ol' cleavage" line. Also, you made me Google both Brian Mautz and "discorporates" (which Firefox doesn't even recognize as a word, by the way). A couple more lines like that and you could pitch PitW as an educational comic! I look forward to the animated version on PBS.

There were a couple other great effects I wanted to comment on. First, top-notch attention to detail with the magazine covers on the clean page. It's awesome that you were able to do all the different fonts for the titles and that they all fit so well with the magazines they're parodying. The articles were a funny touch too. Last but not least, I really like how well the crowd scenes were handled on my page. I think Ben really nailed the traumatized look for Noah getting drenched too. It can really be hilarious when Ben goes all out with his expressions!

Again, glad everything turned out so well. I see the WLP store still selling Ben's commissions, and I might have to take you up on more sometime! Hope everybody enjoyed it, and I hope we'll get to see more like these IndieGoGo pages and the recent comic pages/gallery work in the future!

I was pleasantly surprised to hear the usage of "discorporation" in the movie The Brothers Grimm, previously encountering it in Palkadiym Books' Beyond the Supernatural RPG.

...So, just so we're clear, regular updates are a thing of a past now, right? I mean, it's not a big deal given the sometimes hectic schedule of the webcomic's two creators, but can we at least be upfront about it? :?

Ask Ben. Last I heard from him, he was going to steal a desk at Palladium today to finish the art on the adults-only side of page 337.

or 338 - I just emailed said general page - never got up to Palladium, birthday supper with the fam & all midday, but I'm still at the 50% mark for page 338x.. which I initially thought was 337x

I ended up just so damned lethargic from cold medicine yesterday that I barely got anything done other than DMV and car stuff, and picked up the car today.

Damnit, I need to start buying/donating more to WLP comics. Problem is, San Francisco. The rent for a shitty one bedroom apartment here will get you a four bedroom suite and in house maid with complementary mints in 95% of the rest of the country. And I'm trying to save up for my own projects.

Think I'm exaggerating?

Donations really don't matter to me, it's not like an extra five bucks here or there magically gives me more hours in the day, or more energy. But there's also a commission finally up on my furaffinity, and if I don't spring a double shift, I'll livestream tonight as well.

...You wouldn't be interested in doing some (or even just one) or the illustrations for the Lycanthrope Club: Book II, would you? The only issue is you'd need to tweak your style a bit since it doesn't exactly match what I have in mind. Commission fees as high as 150.00 USD.
