*holds up "Not Kris" placard*

Well, the comic has a two week gap from the deed according the story page on WLPwiki, so that raises the question of does it take that long for whatever to or it was between full moons and that was the first to occur.

Ahhhh-Hummm!

Postby K-MacK » Fri Jun 30, 2006 2:34 pm

No-one will know except those few of us who are reading these Boards.

Think about it: Sarah has to be willing. Sarah-Wuffie has to be willing.
They have to reach an agreement over the control of their shared body.
How would YOU train a "Dog" that's twice your height and four times your weight?...especially when that "Dog" can become a not-so-happy WOLF of the same dimensions? Rolled up newspapers do not enter into the equation (she might like it....) And remember, Peter is the "Reward" for doing something right! No Wuffie treats here..outside of Peter(he's gonna be mighty sore (no jokes) before Sarah and Sarah-Wuffie become Sarah the Werewolf).

How would YOU do the deed? Hmmmmmm?

Six months to two years???

Postby K-MacK » Mon Jul 03, 2006 3:37 pm

Six months to two years...for a Thrall to become Integrated as a Werewolf. Considering the Timeslip between the PitW Universe and Ours, since less that 24 Hours have passed there, unless there are some mungo jumps, Six months will take....nevah mind, I'll be dead of old age....and I ain't that old yet.
I suspect there will be some major time jumps involved.

The first four stories are in a relatively short period of time, a roughly 72-hour period. I think the fifth story will jump forward nearly 3 months to that fall as the school year begins on their new college campus.

Cool.

I'll look forward to seeing how she's dealing with college life and lycanthropy. She'll have had 3 full moons by then - I wonder how she's dealing with the wolf within. I guess my only choice is to wait and see!

Oh, Boy!

Postby K-MacK » Tue Jul 04, 2006 3:17 pm

Thinking back to my college days, I can remember all the "must take" courses there were. One of them was P.E. That ought'a be interesting: Sarah-Wuff in Women's Basketball? Track and Field..."I'm sorry, Miss Hazen, running on all fours disqualifies you..."
Here's a good one: What will their Majors be? Nahh...Kris has them aready enrolled.
Still, there are a lot of potentials for fun, and like the Prophet, I'm lookin' forward to them.
OMG! Just realized: Unless this is the Local College (they could stay at Home) they'll be split-up for Dormitory assignments. Now, that's downright Interesting. Wonder how long before a "Dorm Buddy" (unless they manage to room together) finds out the "secret"? And if Peter and Sarah are separated, I wonder how long it'll take Butch to capitalize on it? She may have decided not to GO to College, but Visiting is a "Whole 'nother Story", isn't it? 'Specially after "Lights out" (Do they do that any more? We had to economise on candles.....)

I can just see it...

Postby K-MacK » Wed Jul 05, 2006 7:44 pm

As I recall, Sarah's parents are out of town, and won't be back until "tonight".
I can just see it:
"Hi, Mom, Dad...Nothing important happened to the House or anything...
No, the gardener won't be here until tomorrow. To me? Well, I became a Lycanthrope...Uhhh, Yes, it's a sort of College thing....Oh, yes, they are Equal Rights and all of that. Dog? No, there hasn't been a dog in the house...Oh, those...just some leftovers from a Costume I'm working on, you know how I like to Costume!" (Starting to sweat, praying those Wolfsbane capsules are still potent.)

All the time, her Parents are busy with her sisters, and not really paying attention...after all, Sarah's so nice: she'd never get in any trouble....

The story oughta' be even more interesting, once they are in College. You realise that Sarah hasn't had to deal with any serious stresses without having at least Peter or Jean (or the Pack Elders) nearby. Wait 'till she has her first session in the Campus Bookstore! "Du-u-ude, if that Twelve foot Werewolf wants the last copy of 'Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire';...like, man, let her have it..."

Lucky for them Sarah recently finished high school; teenagers are expected to move once they graduate, so it won't seem unusual. Otherwise, the pack would've had to been especially creative in getting her away from her folks.

Still, I'm mildly repulsed that they didn't find it necessary to tell Sarah's parents about what happened to their daughter. I realize the importance of keeping the pack's existence - as well as the existence of all werewolves - a secret, but they're her parents for heaven's sake!

I wonder what they would've done if this little fiasco occurred, say, a year earlier?
