Again, she's the real threat. Five bucks says her brother ends up betraying her and saving one of the town werewolves after she goes too far/he realizes werewolves are people too.

Two thoughts:

1) Is that an actual ploy used by the Stebbins to extract information from persons of interest or just a little bit of sibling rivalry? If it's the first, that's some clever stuff right there.

2) It is nice to see that as much of a nutbar Feetlebaum is, he respects weres even in myth enough to not sell them out. (I do wonder what would happen if he did come across a were, though...)

I think it might have worked better if 'Excuse me professor' had come in off-panel, then next page we start with the reveal of Lee with 'I too believe in werewolves', then cue Feetlebaum rant. The page-break being where it is and how everything looks, it doesn't really matter How angry Feetlebaum is or how much he intensely and instantaneously dislikes Lee.. it just has the appearance that there was a part of the conversation between page 277 and 278 that the audience missed, that the jump-cut was to 'Jumpy'.

I can see what you were trying for, it's not far off.. just a few bits of clunk there. Maybe just some tweaks to text might do it. The main problem I see is people going, "Wait, did I miss something?" Not that they're going, "Wait, why is Feetlebaum suddenly so down on Lee?" because I can totally get why Feetlebaum, as a Cryptozoologist, is so against monster hunters... but they're going, "Wait, this looks like it might have been part of a larger conversation I seem to have missed."
