There's actually a bit of on the characters in the WLP wiki. Though I must also add, that if we haven't put it explicitly inside the strip, it hasn't happened for certain. (Mainly , re retain the right to tweak story angles as we complete the actual story, ^^ Especially given that we work without a real buffer...)

From what we have explicitly inside the strip. ( Warning: the are in the section)We can said that Rebecca and Gus Cramer doesn't have the best relationship ever. Gus doesn't hesitate to bullying his own daughter. She's still under his control but hint make think that she work in a way to be strong enough to defeat him and liberate herself from his reign. If it's happen and that Gus survive (We can't deny the possibility that Butch kill his father either by accident or in purpose.) I warranty a Gus' big ego would not tolerate that this stay like that.

Rebecca va devoir rester vigilante.

Gus and his daughter Rebecca? First, go to the dictionary and look up "dysfunctional family"; the pictures of them are quite clear.

Gus is a human-hater, a bigot, racist, and a supreme jerk. He regularly bullies his daughter, who doesn't realize that what he is doing is not natural for Werewolf parenting...yeah, she is that clueless. Gus intends to virtually enslave her once Con Nero is replaced as Sheriff and he gets fired for "excess force". He is essentially a lazy, vicious, hateful, grasping lout who intends to use his daughter for his support until either he dies or she dies, period. And these are his good qualities!

Rebecca is not completely under his thumb, though. She has some kind of fixation on Peter as the way out of her situation, and doesn't like Sarah for beans. Don't plan on rescuing her, though; she's enough of Gus's daughter to rip your throat out for trying to and embarassing her in the process. To her, strength and dominance are what makes the world go 'round...moreso than even real wolves deal with. In some ways, she's as sick as her father. She has some support in the Pack, from Jean's mother and from Peter's mom as well; and all it would take is one word from her about how her father treats her to these two redoubtable females and Gus would be...deleted with prejudice.
So, unless you want to spend the rest of your life proving you're powerful enough to make her go to the Pshrinkologist, wish her well and leave a boquet of Roses and a dead rabbit for Jean. You'll get nowhere, but it will be a safer nowhere than with Rebecca.

According to the Canon, or the Wiki; Gus doesn't stint her on fabrics and sewing supplies. He may even get her a sewing machine for her birthday-so he can use her skills to support him after he gets canned from the Sheriff's department.
He apparently doesn't realize how little seamstresses make...

Rebecca uses her time to learn how to sew (she did manage a GED, probably because Gus didn't "help" her) and make costumes and daywear for herself. The Sewing lady is her one human "friend", and one suspects she actually cares about Rebecca.
And oddly, I suspect that Rebecca actually does care about her.
Careful, Becky; your human side is showing...

They maybe don't know but they have hints and clues about what happen to Rebecca. Beside some seem to more that the average member of the pack. I bet that anyone that acccepted to do babysitting services for Gus tryed to learn as much as possible about what Gus really does to her.

La curiosité doit avoir pousser plus d'un loup-garou à accepter d'aider Gus.

Yeah, even if they can't prove anything there is a distinct air to an abusive parent-child relationship that is almost impossible to miss. With a werewolve's ability to sense emotions even more distinctly than a human I wouldn't not be surprised if they didn't all know what was going on but have nothing to prove it.

Unfortunately they are very much tied to the rules to keep the Secret so they can't do anything until they have proof. (though I wouldn't mind a strip mentioning Gus being relocated to a shallow grave)

Just thought about this... a lot of the time, the authorities recognize abuse through bruising, frequent, random injuries, etc. In addition to personality.

Becca is a werewolf, she heals incredibly fast.

Becca was home schooled. No teacher to notice sharp changes in personality.

Oh, the pack knows something is wrong. For example, Butch is antisocial enough for a typical werebear- very unusual for werewolves, who are gregarious by nature.

Most of them just don't know how much is wrong.

Carla knows, but she has no evidence.

I dunno if Butch has a soft side, exactly. What we do see in the story is that she has a hard side and a harder side. The only person she seems to have any normal-type of relationship with is the Dressmaker, and only because that lady knows nothing else about her. With the Wolves, she has to maintain her image of a tough girl. With her dad, she has to be both hard and a slave at the same time.
The dressmaker knows none of this, so Butch can be less agressive and perhaps even friendly with her: no past to live up to, no image to maintain. Maybe there is a nice (or reasonably nice) side to her character, but only the dressmaker knows for sure.
